Bert Smeets and his son Emile participated in the Ride4Kids Pyrenees challenge with the aim of raising as much money as possible for research into a treatment for energy metabolism diseases. Many people supported them and the entire Ride4Kids team. Together they raised the beautiful amount of €174.009!
